All Sites: The Cross-Site Roll-Up Guide for Agencies and Multi-Site Owners
If you own or manage more than one site in statpx, checking each one individually gets slow fast. The All Sites page (rollup_sites.php) solves this by totaling pageviews, visitors, and sessions across every site you have access to in a single report — built for agencies, portfolio owners, and anyone juggling more than a handful of properties.
Opening the All Sites Roll-Up
Click All Sites from your account sidebar. You'll see summary cards for total pageviews, total visitors, and total sessions across your entire portfolio for the selected date range, followed by a per-site table breaking the same numbers down row by row — including bounce rate and average duration for each site.
The date-range tabs work exactly like the single-site Stats page: Today is the default, with 7d/30d/90d and longer options available. Whatever range you pick applies to every site in the roll-up at once, so you're always comparing sites over the same window.
Filtering by Tag
If you've organized your sites with tags (client name, project type, region, etc.), a row of tag chips appears above the table. Click a tag to narrow the roll-up to only the sites carrying that tag — useful for an agency that wants "Client A's three sites" totaled separately from everything else, without creating a separate report by hand.
Click All to clear the tag filter and return to the full portfolio view. See organizing sites with tags for how to set tags up in the first place.
Exporting to CSV
Click Export CSV to download the current view — respecting whatever date range and tag filter are active — as a spreadsheet with columns for Site, Domain, Tag, Pageviews, Visitors, Sessions, Bounce Rate, and Avg. Duration. This is the fastest way to build a client report or feed the numbers into your own reporting tool without manually copying data from each site's Stats page.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Comparing totals across very different site types. A high-traffic blog and a small landing page will always skew a combined total — use tags to segment similar sites together instead of reading one grand total as meaningful on its own.
- Forgetting the tag filter is sticky in the URL. If you bookmark or share a filtered All Sites link, whoever opens it sees the same tag filter you had active — useful for handing off a client-specific view, but confusing if you forget it's there.
- Skipping the per-site table. The summary cards show the forest; the table shows the trees. A single underperforming site can be masked by a strong portfolio total.
- Assuming every team member needs full access. If a teammate or client only manages a subset of sites, they'll only see the sites they have access to in their own roll-up — there's no need to build a separate report just to limit visibility.

All Sites turns a portfolio of individually tracked sites into one report you can actually act on — total numbers for a quick health check, tag filters for client-by-client views, and CSV export for reporting outside the app. If you manage traffic for multiple clients, pair this page with website analytics for agencies for a broader workflow around multi-site reporting.
