statpx is a privacy-friendly website analytics platform. The Service allows website owners to embed a lightweight JavaScript snippet on their websites to collect anonymized visitor statistics including pageviews, sessions, referrers, device types, geographic regions, and custom events — without using cookies or collecting personally identifiable information from end visitors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a username, and a password. You are responsible for:

Data about your visitors: The statpx tracking snippet collects anonymized, aggregate data about visitors to your website. This data does not include personally identifiable information (PII). No cookies are set on your visitors' browsers by the statpx script. IP addresses are used only for coarse geolocation and are never stored in full.
Data about you (account holder): We store the information you provide at registration (username, email, hashed password) and usage data (sites added, events tracked). We use this information to provide and improve the Service, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.
Data retention: Your analytics data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-party sharing: We do not sell your data or your visitors' data to third parties. We may share anonymized aggregate statistics for product improvement purposes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of statpx and its operators. The Service is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the data you generate through the Service (your analytics data, custom events, goal definitions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its software without our prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and analytics data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
