statpx ("we", "us", "our") provides a privacy-friendly website analytics service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
statpx is designed from the ground up to respect the privacy of your website visitors. We do not use cookies on visitor browsers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell any data.
When the statpx tracking snippet is installed on your website, the following data is collected for each pageview or event:

All collected data is aggregated at the site level. There is no individual visitor profile. A visitor cannot be identified, tracked across sites, or linked to their real identity.
Because no cookies are set and no PII is stored, statpx analytics are compatible with GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy regulations without requiring a cookie consent banner for the analytics script itself. You remain responsible for ensuring your overall site complies with applicable laws.

We use this information solely to provide and improve the Service, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.
For your visitors: The statpx tracking script does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers. The session ID used for grouping pageviews is stored in sessionStorage (which expires automatically when the browser tab is closed, is never sent to servers other than statpx, and is not accessible cross-site).
For you (the account holder): We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in to the statpx dashboard. This cookie:

We do not sell your data. We do not share your visitors' data with any third party for advertising, marketing, or analytics re-use.
We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
If you use the Team feature to add members to a site, those members will have access to that site's analytics data as configured by you.
If you use the Google Search Console integration, your OAuth token is stored on our servers to retrieve keyword data on your behalf. We do not use that token for any other purpose.
You can export your analytics data at any time from the dashboard (Export button on the Stats page).

Regarding your visitors' data: because no PII is stored about individual visitors, it is not possible to identify or retrieve data for a specific visitor. There is no individual profile to delete.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email.
